Zayuno ("we", "us", "our") provides action infrastructure and protocol middleware connecting conversational AI applications (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and custom AI agents) with restaurant and service provider catalog adapters.
This Privacy Policy explains how data is processed when you interact with Zayuno through conversational AI interfaces or direct API endpoints.
2. Information We Process
When an AI agent places or quotes a food order on your behalf, Zayuno processes minimal operational data necessary for fulfillment:
- Customer Contact Details: Name and phone number provided to the conversational agent for courier identification.
- Delivery Destination: Street address or notes necessary for calculating delivery fees and dispatching couriers.
- Order Composition: Selected food items, variants, and quantities.
- Technical Interaction Data: Unique order identifiers, idempotency keys, and server timestamps.
🔒 3. Payment Processing & Zero Card Storage Policy
Zayuno NEVER collects, processes, transmits, or stores sensitive payment card details (including 16-digit credit/debit card numbers, CVV/CVC security codes, or banking credentials).
Payment transactions occur exclusively on provider-supplied external checkout links via secure HTTPS redirection. Zayuno receives only a cryptographically signed HMAC status notification indicating whether the transaction was completed or failed.
4. Third-Party Provider Data Transmission
To fulfill orders, contact details and delivery addresses are transmitted strictly to the designated provider adapter for order preparation and courier dispatch.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal information to data brokers or third-party advertisers.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Transaction audit records are retained for customer support and dispute verification purposes, after which identifying information is purged. Users may request data review or deletion by contacting our privacy desk.
